Otokar Continues To Take Orders of Armored Vehicles!

Otokar made an export agreement concerning 10 Cobra 4x4 armored tactical wheeled vehicles.

Leader of defense industry Otokar continues to grow in defense industry in line with targets of the year 2005. Finally Otokar made an export agreement concerning 10 Cobra 4x4 armored tactical wheeled vehicles. In compliance with the agreement in total 2,6 millions USD with spare parts and user training will be delivered until the end of this year.

Otokar General Manager Kudret Önen said about the order: "We are carrying on surely in the direction of our targets of the year 2005. We had stated that this year we would grow in defense industry and export. New order added on the other orders that we took in the end of 2004 and at the beginning of 2005 is biggest sign of this. And also defense industry export agreements are very important for us. We are proud of that our 100 % Turkish design armored vehicles are preferred by our armed forces and world armies. Our Cobra armored tactical wheeled vehicle proved itself in different climate and land conditions in the entire world and in abroad, it is not only our pride but also of Turkey."
