​The Recommendation and Reward Management Systems implemented at Otokar aim to ensure continuous improvement of the company work processes, the productivity and the product/service quality, to appreciate the employees for their success, good conduct and efforts, and to enhance the participation, motivation and loyalty of the employees in a manner to support the company targets and strategies. In this context, we reward the accomplishments of our employees basically in the categories of the General Manager’s Special Award, the Project of the Year Award, the Patent and Useful Model Award, the 6 Sigma Project Award, the Job Health and Safety Service Award, the Environmental Service Award, the Situational Award, the Recommendation of the Year Award, the Champion of Recommendations Award, the Outstanding Job Attendance Award, the Champion of Recommendations Award, the Corporate Service Award.​​​
